The Locallista partner dividend program is a one-of-a-kind initiative designed to reward the businesses that help build our global community. Unlike traditional marketplaces that simply take commissions or charge fees, we share our success with the businesses that commit to quality and to growing Locallista together.
Why we’re doing this
Locallista isn’t just a directory — it’s a community built on trust. We carefully vet every business before listing it, ensuring that expats connect with the very best service providers. But we don’t stop there. We want our businesses to feel like real partners in our journey, not just service providers on a platform. That’s why we’re making a bold commitment: up to 10% of Locallista’s future global profits will be shared with our member businesses — because our success is your success.
This isn’t about short-term gains; it’s about creating a long-term, win-win ecosystem where businesses thrive, expats find trusted services, and Locallista continues to grow as the most reliable platform for the international community.
How it works
1. Acceptance into the program
Available to any business that passes our vetting process and is listed on Locallista. No extra participation fees related to this program — just a commitment to quality and to helping our platform grow.
2. Earn your share in Locallista’s success
Each accepted business in the program receives 1 membership share, representing a stake in Locallista’s future global profits for up to 20 years. The first 300 businesses in each market to enroll (our “founding generation”) will receive 2 membership shares, effectively doubling their share of the profits.
3. Stay engaged, keep your benefits
Invite at least 10 expats to join Locallista every year. It’s free for expats, so this target should be easy to meet if you only take a few simple actions and ensures you actively contribute to building our community. Stay listed by maintaining the required minimum review score. We want to ensure that the businesses benefiting from this program continue to offer exceptional service. If you choose to delist, you can still retain your membership share for up to 20 years as long as you continue supporting Locallista’s growth.
4. Want a bigger share? You can
Businesses who have access to wide and relevant (=expats) audiences and would be directing more users to register for Locallista may double their initial membership share allocation when contributing 100 registered users each year.
