• You must be recommended by at least three expats in our network before we consider your business.

• We conduct a personal validation call with past clients to ensure service quality.

• We check online reviews and feedback to ensure consistency.

• If your business meets our high standards, we invite you to join the platform — completely free of charge.

No business can pay to be listed — only those with proven quality make it onto Locallista.

When you join Locallista, you’re making a pledge to uphold high service standards and to actively support the platform that helps your business grow. Your commitments as a Locallista provider:

• Deliver exceptional service—your ranking depends on it.

• Be responsive and professional—expats trust us to connect them with reliable providers.

• Support our community by helping expats find the right services.

• Maintain an overall review score of at least 9.0 to stay listed.

• Promote the Locallista brand to help raise awareness—whether by sharing Locallista with your clients, displaying our materials, or participating in our marketing initiatives.

By actively supporting Locallista’s growth, you strengthen the community and ensure continued success for your own business.

Once approved, you’ll receive a dedicated business profile on Locallista where expats can discover your services, contact you directly, and leave feedback. Your ranking on Locallista is 100% based on customer reviews. There’s no advertising, no premium placements — just a fair and transparent ranking system that rewards great service.

Locallista operates on a fair and transparent service fee model that ensures businesses only contribute when they successfully gain new clients. Step-by-step process:

• A client discovers your business on Locallista and requests your contact details or asks to be contacted directly.

• The client gets in touch with you through phone, email, WhatsApp, or any other method you provide.

• You handle the service, complete the job and charge your client — just like any direct client.

• Locallista follows up with both you and the client to verify that the service was provided and collect their feedback.

• Once we confirm that the service was successfully completed, we will reach out to you to request the pre-agreed service fee. You only pay if you get paid — if the client didn’t proceed with your service, no service fee is due.

Fair and transparent payment terms: every business pays a one-time lifetime membership fee; you only pay after the client has hired you and completed the service; and all businesses in the same category pay the same service fee rate—ensuring fairness and transparency. This ensures that our goal is the same as yours: to bring you high-quality clients and help your business grow.
